Why Ormond Beach

Ormond Beach is a city in Volusia County, Florida. The population of the city is 44,591 according to the 2021 census. It was founded by Henry Flagler as he built his railroad from Jacksonville to Daytona Beach. Ormond’s beach has been ranked among the top 10 best beaches in America and it has also been recognized for its historic district with many lovely homes.

Daytona Beach International Airport is only a few miles away and offers many flights to major airports around the country. This makes Ormond Beach a great place to live for those who need or want easy access to transportation.

As a part of the Daytona Beach/Halifax Area, there are many businesses in Ormond Beach.
