Why Deltona

Deltona city is located in the northern region of Volusia County about 25 miles north of Orlando, Florida. It has a population of about 94,000 people and was founded by businessman James T. Lee who purchased the land from another businessman named John J. Williams for $1 million dollars in 1925!
